Astur offers training courses in Care, for assistance in situations of dependency.
\nIn the current situation, it is possible to offer training through teleclinics to adjust skills and abilities of technical teams for work in a context of \u201cnew normality\u201d, that is, to incorporate safe protocols for handling emergent situations of the pandemic and to generate self-confidence in the human resources so that they can maintain a safe and effective face-to-face setting in their results.
\nAstur has its own classroom, fully accessible, with all the requirements and equipment necessary for face-to-face and virtual training in these subjects. It is a Training Entity (ECA) authorized by the MEC and by INEFOP for the delivery of Care programs.<\/p>\n

  1. Training in Dependency Care (within the framework of the National Integrated Care System). <\/li>\n
  2. Training in Humanization of Treatment in the care of the elderly (companies, businesses, public and private institutions). <\/li>\n
  3. Training for different roles (nights, managers, etc.), administration of material resources and HR, “job bank” and emergency HR (cover medical leave, unexpected loss of HR, etc.). <\/li>\n
  4. Training in Health Humanization (aimed at health centers). <\/li>\n
  5. Workshop for communicators: Treatment of aging and longevity in the media. <\/li>\n
  6.
