One of the privileged factors of humanization is the interpersonal relationship, it is where we build ourselves as people.
Ideas and practical concepts are incorporated around factors that are considered basic to create a relationship of greater closeness and support in dealing with other people, incorporating empathy and other behaviors for rapprochement and understanding between people.
The ethical requirement to humanize the different areas of social interaction goes through interpersonal relationships, in groups that plan programs and/or services, in groups that make decisions, in management policies, protection of vulnerability and dependency, and social integration.
