Advice and technical assistance for institutions and areas of care for the elderly:

The objective of this service is to accompany and strengthen the process of Continuous Improvement and Implementation of Humanized Care in Long-Stay Establishments for the Elderly (ELEPEM), while improving the quality of care for the elderly in all organizations and areas of these (public and private), achieving a more equitable society that defends the rights of all citizens. To do this, it is proposed to provide advice, support and knowledge to those who have direct contact with older people, or those who create policies or communication content.

Advice for the design of policies linked to the elderly, in the various areas of approach.
Analysis of adaptation of infrastructure and humanization of treatment in public and private establishments, open and closed spaces, for care and proper use of older people.
Analysis and advice for the adaptation of health centers for humanized and friendly care for the elderly.
Training for different roles (night shifts, managers, etc.), administration of material resources and HR, “job bank” and emergency HR (cover medical licenses, unexpected decrease in HR, etc.).
Interservice segmentation and complementation strategies (provision of services between ELEPEM). Laundry, shopping, recreation, use of infrastructure, transfer of residents and services, specific professionals, rehabilitation areas, etc.
Expansion of the Services Offer with a complementary perspective. Day Centers, counseling and support for families of residents, pre-admission services, specialized services by pathology or profile (Alzheimer’s, broken hip, depression, bereavement, etc.).
Advice for the generation of communication projects adapted to the needs and interests of the elderly.
