Training and professional education

Design, execution and evaluation of training actions in Care, for assistance to dependency situations. In the current situation, it is possible to offer training through teleclinics to adjust the skills and abilities of the technical teams for work in a “new normal” context, that is, to incorporate safe protocols for managing situations emerging from the pandemic and to generate self-confidence in the human resources so that they can maintain a safe and effective face-to-face setting in their results. Astur has its own classroom, fully accessible, with all the requirements and equipment necessary for face-to-face and virtual training in these subjects. It is a Training Entity (ECA) authorized by the MEC and by INEFOP for the delivery of Care programs.

  1. Training in Dependency Care (within the framework of the National Integrated Care System).
  2. Training in Humanization of Treatment in the care of the elderly (companies, businesses, public and private institutions).
  3. Training for different roles (night shifts, managers, etc.), administration of material resources and HR, “job bank” and emergency HR (cover medical licenses, unexpected decrease in HR, etc.).
  4. Training in Humanization of Health (aimed at health centers).
  5. Workshop for communicators: Treatment of aging and longevity in the media.
  6. Creation and Training of ELEPEM Evaluation Teams (MSP–MIDES–SNIC) Training and internships.
